If not, there should be! I need good music.
For me I love video games and there are quite a few (but not enough) with this kind of theme, I wanting to expand the power of Outrun in my life and get into more new branches of it
I want to renovate my room to have an outrun aesthetic, but I'm lacking on ideas.
As of rn my list consists of a couple posters, some color changing lights (strips, bulbs, and modular hexagonal), and a lava lamp.
Is there anything that could help pull the room together?
I've made this list, I suppose it's the biggest one out there. Also available on TIDAL, Youtube Music and Google Play Music, comment for a link :)

Hey guys!
I am fairly new to the synthwave music scene. I've been listening to it for more than a year and I'm so in love with it.
A few months back I was listening to a live playlist on youtube and I heard a song I really liked and I thought I had saved it somewhere but I didn't. It is atmospheric, a woman and a man are talking at some points and I think the women says she is tired, or something like that, and she sounds sad and sick and tired from it all.
Thank you in advance for your help! I hope someone can help me find that song because I really need to listen to it <3
Title says it all
I just discovered this sub and I really like the style, but I don’t get why it’s all named after outrun. The games style is completely different than most stuff here
Recently I saw a post about the new cs:go case and a skin that fit here in r/outrun. In the comments someone had commented their inventory which was outrun themed and I really want to find whoever linked it or the inventory. Thanks
I’m a big fan of lyrical synthwave but it feels like it’s kinda niche, at least on spotify.
For the sake of contextualization, some other artists I have are The Midnight, Magic Dance, some Micheal Oakley, fm-84, The Strike, Scandroid, LeBrock, and Ollie Wride.
Any similar artists or playlists would be awesome and appreciated.
Hi guys. I just wanted to introduce my new darksynth/synthwave project Source Control. We're from Johannesburg, South Africa. We're death metal musicians that are trying this out so please give us feedback on our trailer of our debut:
We will announce the release date of our debut EP soon.
We hope you enjoy.
Hi,
Apologies if questions are considered low effort, however im really struggling to find a great NRW album I had on Spotify a few months ago.
The album was almost a continuous story, of a hero driving a car/bike. It was all NRE beats with a gravel voiced narrator talking through this guy's journey. It was a bit like Tech Noir - Gunship but definitely not that.
I can't seem to find it again and i'm drawing a total blank with the artist/track name.
Unfortunately, I had fired it into a playlist that was accidentally cleared out. Really appreciate any help with finding this again,
Cheers!

So I've got this matte black 1970 Chevy C10 and ive been wanting to make some kind of poster or neon sign but I dont have the tools necessary to create an image on a PC. So hopefully that's where you guys come in. If anyone can help me out with this "project" I'd be willing to send you some cash!
In keeping with themes, the setup for this purchase:
The world is crumbling around me. Cities are burning themselves down. Mass murders over internet-induced ideologies. The planet itself seeking revenge for generations of abuse. Yet here I am, cruising the beachfront, past the palm trees, the rushing waves, following the setting sun. What music do I have playing?
I have $30 to spend, so I'm thinking I can probably get 3 albums.
What I already have:
-Perturbator: Uncanny Valley, Dangerous Days, and I Am the Night
-Lazerhawk: Redline
-Trevor Something: Trevor Something Does Not Exist
-Kavinksy: Outrun
-Gunship: Gunship
Danger: 09/16 2007
-Monomer: Labyrinth
-Carpenter Brut: Trilogy
-Dance with the Dead: B Sides, Volume 1
I'm wanting to try to some new stuff I don't have. But at the same time, I LOVE Gunship and Carpenter Brut, so I can always go for more of that. I'm really wanting to try a Com Truise album, but I don't know which one. Any suggestions would be schway af.
God I love synthwave.

How's my aesthetic?
Looking for great tracks that use a strong synth choir like Roykssop’s THE GIRL AND THE ROBOT - any suggestions would be much appreciated :-D

Hi!!!
There was this synthwave/trap song. Very famous, I remember it having a lot of views.
I remember the beat and the melody, but I can't remember the name of the video no matter how hard I try!
I do remember the video thumbnail perfectly:
There are these 2 anime girls. The one on the left is blond, crying, and covering up her mouth, while having a very scared expression, eyes wide open. The girl on the right of her had brown hair, white skin, looking at the other girl slyly, and she was I think a doll, not a human.
Please help me!!!
Can anyone recommend any records? I want to have this type of music on vinyl but don’t know where to start. Artist/bands or specific albums welcome.
At the moment I am in the process of trying to quantify the scene in Australia and gauge the interest in bringing some acts to the country in the near future. I would really appreciate if you could leave in the comments what artists you'd like to see and your nearest capital city.
Thanks for your time and say hello at Perturbator next Jan/Feb, I will be wearing a Milhouse name tag.
That's my last synthwave track. I tried new sounds like acid arp and solo guitar (i wasn't used yet to put guitar on synthwave). Also not so regular straight kick/snare. I really want to know what do you think, and if you want i can explain the instrument/vst used for that...Enjoy!
