Any graphic designers that are familiar with basic architectural design out there?

I'm working on a board game that uses the 80s Miami aesthetic that ties so nicely into the outrun/synthwave/retrowave look. While it's not yet at the graphics part - still fleshing out the rules - I'd like to start looking for a graphic designer to handle a few elements. Right now it'd be playing card backgrounds (background artwork for the front of the card under text, artwork for the back of the card), packaging design, and instruction manual.

I'd like for candidates to have some experience with basic architectural design - buildings, storefronts, that sort of thing.

This would be paid, preferably on flat rates per asset, but I'd be open to hourly rates so long as there are written estimates.

The actual work wouldn't start for at least a couple of months since I'm still running through prototyping the rules, flow of the game, etc., but if nothing else I'd like to start the search. Please let me know if you're interested (include a link to your portfolio) or if you know someone.
