"Maslenitsa" Is an old russian tradition to celebrate the end of winter. The tradition is to eat a lot of pancakes and to burn a statue meant to represent winter.Russian cousine chain "Teremok" always uses this holiday to promote itself, this year th've decided to go with an Outrun design for some reason.
